Delete your account

You can delete your Tekensa account and its data from inside the app, or from here if you no longer have it installed.

From the app

  1. Open Tekensa and go to Settings → Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Deletion starts immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Include your account email so we can find the right account.

What gets deleted, and what doesn't

Deleted, in fullEverything tied to you as an individual: your profile, your own cards, files, and any personal data on the account.
Kept, but never yours to anyoneWhere your activity was already folded into a group-level or aggregate pattern shared by several people, that pattern stays — with no name, no identity column, and no way to trace it back to you. It is never shown to any individual person.
